Where can I find coupon codes?

Coupon codes will be posted periodically throughout each season. You can find them on our main web page, Facebook fanpage (www.facebook.com/cloud9upliftedsociety), Twitter (@Cloud9UPSO), and/or our Instagram account (@upliftedsociety). Coupon codes will be posted spontaneously and may not always be posted in all forms listed above. Please note that coupon codes will not always be available and may not be applicable to all items.

Will I get my money back if my item is not received?

Yes. Uplifted Society promises a 100% customer satisfaction. If your item(s) are not received, we will send your money back after inspection of the situation. Money will be returned in the same form of payment as originally received.

 

What payment methods can I use?

Can I replace items?

Before you check out of our website, your shopping cart can be edited however you please. If there are any changes after the transactions are made, contact us with your changes and we will look into our available stock

 

Can I purchase “Out of Stock” items?

Back orders on “out of stock” items will vary. Depending on product and popularity, some items will be restocked; however, some will not be. Please contact us on your desired product and we will look further into the status of it for you.

 

Where does Uplifted Society ship?

Uplifted Society has recently become available worldwide. We are able to ship everywhere.

How much is shipping?

Shipping from our warehouse is a flat rate of $10 across North America. All other shipping fees will vary depending on your location.

 

What would be the applied tax rate?

A 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be applied to all Uplifted Society transactions.

 

How will my items be shipped?

All items will be shipped 48 hours of your order by Canada Post.
